RULES

Application and Consequences (Zero Tolerance)

1. Basic Requirement:

 Every driver is obliged to know and apply these RULES from the moment he arrives at the circuit. 
 
2.  Sole Responsibility:

 The rider is solely responsible for ensuring that his protective equipment and motorcycle meet the technical requirements established in Norm I and II.

3. Non-compliance: 

 Any violation of the Track Safety RULES (Rule III) or the instructions of the Commissioners will result in IMMEDIATE EXCULSION from the event or round, without the right to a refund of the registration fee.

SAFETY IS THE TOP PRIORITY. Taking part in the track implies the acceptance of an inherent risk; these rules are designed to manage and minimize said risk.​​​​​​​

I. Personal Safety Equipment (Access Rule)

​

Track access will be denied to any rider who is not wearing the following complete and certified equipment:

  • Helmet: Full-face and homologated (ECE 22.05/22.06), with a Double D-ring or similar high-security fastening system.

  • Suit: One-piece leather suit or two-piece leather suit joined by a 360-degree perimeter zipper. (Cordura/textile materials are not allowed).

  • Gloves: Leather, with knuckle protection and a long gauntlet that covers the sleeve of the suit.

  • Boots: High-top/tall boots (covering the ankle), specifically designed for motorcycle racing.

  • Back Protector: Compulsory use. The use of an Airbag system is highly recommended.

II. SPECIFIC TECHNICAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE RULES

A. Vehicle and Sound Measurement Requirements

  • Noise Limit (Sound Test): A maximum limit of 102 dB (Decibels) is established, measured at 3/4 of the motorcycle's maximum engine RPM. The measurement will be conducted by the circuit staff.

  • Exhaust: The use of a DB Killer is mandatory if the 102 dB limit is exceeded. Motorcycles that do not pass the sound test will be excluded without the right to a refund.

  • Preparation: The motorcycle must have mirrors, turn signals, lights, and license plate removed or completely covered with safety adhesive tape.

B. Accident Insurance (Mandatory Rule)

  • Mandatory Insurance: Every rider must have a valid Personal Accident Insurance for track motorcycling (either daily insurance provided by the organization or an annual federation license).

  • Verification: Insurance documentation must be presented during administrative checks. The absence of valid insurance will result in the organization denying access to the track.

  • Exclusion: The contracted insurance does under no circumstances cover material damage caused to the motorcycle or to third parties.

III. TRACK RULES AND RIDING CONDUCT

These rules are supervised by the Track Marshals. Failure to comply will result in immediate and permanent expulsion from the circuit.

A. Conduct and Racing Line Priority

  • Mandatory Briefing: Attendance at the Briefing (briefing meeting) is essential to access the track.

  • Stops: Stopping on the track or on the Pit Lane asphalt is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. In the event of a breakdown or incident, the rider must pull off the racing line and position themselves in a safe zone (off the track) as soon as possible.

  • Joining the Track: When leaving the Pit Lane onto the track, the rider must do so with utmost caution and always yield the right of way to motorcycles already circulating at speed.

  • Overtaking: The responsibility for overtaking always lies with the rider making the pass.

  • Reckless Riding: Exhibition maneuvers (wheelies, stoppies) and any conduct considered dangerous or reckless by Race Control are prohibited.

B. Flag Signaling (Immediate Instructions)

Orders from the Track Marshals must be obeyed instantly and without argument.

  • Red Flag: Immediate interruption of activity. Action: Reduce speed immediately. Overtaking prohibited. Proceed slowly to the Pit Lane.

  • Yellow Flag: Danger on the track. Action: Reduce speed. Overtaking prohibited in the danger zone.

  • Black Flag (Along with Rider Number): Exclusion. Action: The rider must leave the track on that same lap and head to the Pit Lane.

  • Checkered Flag: End of the Session. Action: Complete the lap with caution and head directly to the Pit Lane.

IV. Paddock and Service Roads

  • Maximum Speed: The maximum speed limit throughout the Paddock and Pit Lane is restricted to 10 km/h.

  • Helmet in the Paddock: Wearing a helmet is mandatory when riding any motorized vehicle inside the Paddock.

Expulsion Clause

The Circuit Management reserves the right to expel any rider who flagrantly or repeatedly violates these RULES. The decision is final and does not entitle the rider to a refund.
