At PFB, SLU we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase you make with us.
The services of PFB, SLU are fully individualized, since each purchase you make through PFB, SLU possibly implies a purchase by PFB, SLU from a foreign supplier.
This procedure requires you to respect the following conditions of use.
The use of the website https://www.************.com and the contracting of any of the services offered implies the full and unreserved acceptance by the user of these Conditions of Use, which may be updated at any time.
Object and description of the services
These general conditions of use aim to regulate the browsing of the website and the services offered, and imply the unreserved acceptance by the user of each of the described clauses.
PFB, SLU reserves the right to modify these conditions of use at any time and without prior notice, by publishing the modifications on the website, without prejudice to guaranteeing compliance with contracts already entered into.
PFB, SLU reserves the right to modify the commercial offer described on the website. In the event of errors or inaccurate information on the website regarding any of the services, prices, products, or descriptions, and if this has directly motivated the contracting by the user, the user will have the right to revoke the purchase at no cost.
These general conditions of use complement and form an integral part of the Privacy Policy and Legal Notice of this website, as well as any particular condition that may be applicable.
Access to and browsing of the website, as well as the contracting of any of the services offered, require and imply the express acceptance of the terms and conditions by the user.
The user declares to have full legal capacity to contract and that all information provided during the registration or contracting process is truthful, complete, and updated.
Pre-contractual information
In the case of contracting a service or purchasing a product through the PFB, SLU platform, the user must proceed as follows:
• Select the product and/or service they wish to purchase;
• Complete the form specifying the desired product and/or service.
• Be redirected to a virtual POS terminal to enter bank card details and authorize the operation.
• Once PFB, SLU confirms the payment, the contract will be considered formalized.
The contract between PFB, SLU and the user will be considered formalized as soon as PFB, SLU has received full payment for the product or service.
The purchase is considered effective at the moment the user clicks the "Place order" button. At this moment, following all phases of the electronic contracting procedure and the final acceptance of the conditions constitute a clear and direct expression of the user's will to accept these General Conditions.
Once payment is received, no cancellations will be accepted. PFB, SLU will store the electronic document that formalizes the contract on a durable medium, which the user can access through the link provided in the confirmation email.
The language of the contract will be Catalan.
Before confirming the order, the user will have a summary with the details of products, prices, taxes, shipping costs – if applicable – and applicable conditions, in accordance with Law 13/2013, of June 13, on effective competition and consumer protection, and Law 20/2014, of October 16, regulating electronic contracting and operators developing their economic activity in a digital space.
Product and/or services sold by PFB, SLU
PFB, SLU is dedicated to the promotion and development of sports events and activities. Organization, direction, management, and operation, directly or indirectly, of sports competitions, events, and sports training camps of all kinds and activities related to them.
Therefore, the user must expressly accept the particular conditions for each purchase.
Rates and types of payment
The rates of the products and/or services offered on the website are expressed in euros (€) and include the corresponding General Indirect Tax (IGI).
The prices in force at the time of contracting can be checked during the purchase process or in the user's order history.
Payments can be made by bank card or by bank transfer (the details will be provided once the purchase has been processed).
The purchase will be effective once PFB, SLU receives confirmation of the payment of the total amount from the banking institution.
If the purchase process is interrupted for any reason or if the amount paid does not reach the corresponding amount (including management fees and bank commissions), PFB, SLU will suspend the process, immediately informing the user.
The user acknowledges and accepts that the payment is final and will refrain from requesting refunds, except in the cases provided for in the withdrawal sections.
All prices and rates may be updated at any time, always respecting the contracts already confirmed.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal period:
The customer may request the return of the product and/or service if they are not satisfied with their purchase, within a maximum period of 7 calendar days, starting from the date of purchase.
In the event of withdrawal, PFB, SLU will manage the request directly or, if applicable, with the supplier, but does not guarantee its acceptance if the supplier does not allow it contractually or if the deadlines have been exceeded.
Deadline for submitting claims:
The recipient must communicate any incorrect or incomplete order, or any incident, in writing within 24 hours. Claims sent outside this period will not be accepted.

Claim management:
PFB, SLU will investigate the incident and offer the corresponding solution. In the event of a supplier's intervention, PFB, SLU will offer the corresponding solution provided to us by the supplier, which may include:
• Partial or full refund as applicable
Important: After the 24-hour period from the purchase of the product and/or service has elapsed, PFB, SLU will not assume any responsibility.
Applicable regulations
3.9. Applicable regulations
The provision of services by PFB, SLU shall be governed by the terms and conditions established in this document, and, if applicable, by the regulations of Andorra in force, especially those related to electronic commerce and the protection of consumers and users. Any clause declared null or unenforceable shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions, which shall remain in force.
Competent courts
For all questions and disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this contract, the parties expressly submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Principality of Andorra, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
